KEYSTONE 2 was one of the top varieties in the 2004 NTEP Perennial Ryegrass trial. The significant improvements of Keystone 2 over the original Keystone are its increased density, summer performance and disease resistance. Keystone 2 also features one of the finest leaf textures of any perennial ryegrass variety.
ADAPTATION: Keystone 2 does well under fairway and athletic field managements. An excellent resistance to Crown Rust and cool season Brown Patch reduces the need for fungicide applications. Early spring green-up means denser turf earlier in the year, which can be an important
advantage for sports fields and golf courses.
SEEDING RATE: 7-10 lbs. p/1000 sq. ft.
